Test Automation Architect (k/m) - Data & Analytics Hub

This strategic initiative is created to enable the change of Volkswagen Financial Services to a data-driven company. Our goal is to empower all VWFS business units to use data effectively, efficiently and compliantly in their business decisions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and define end-to-end test automation strategy across systems and environments,
  • Design and implement development and testing approaches for data pipelines, including test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing practices,
  • Prototype, evaluate, and standardize automation tools, frameworks, and processes (e.g., utPLSQL, Playwright),
  • Define how to test complex systems (strategy, architecture, and approach — not only execution),
  • Promote and establish CI/CD pipelines from both technical and business testing perspectives (Azure DevOps),
  • Train and guide product teams on test automation practices.
Wymagania

Our requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT environment, including 5 years of test automation / test architecture,
  • Broad experience across databases (Oracle, SAP BW4HANA), DevOps, and cloud environments,
  • Strong automation mindset with focus on scalability and efficiency,
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and test process architecture,
  • Excellent people and communication skills to influence and align teams,
