About the Team

We are a 40-person AI Engineering team turning business ideas into scalable data and AI products. Our mission is to build advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI as core capabilities, delivering value across global markets. We work in an international, agile, interdisciplinary squads using cutting-edge cloud technologies to create real business impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy models for regression, classification, and clustering
  • Design end-to-end solutions, including deep learning and reinforcement learning
  • Perform feature engineering and optimize model performance
  • Analyze and prepare data, ensuring high data quality
  • Apply advanced techniques (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, SHAP) for model insights
  • Build scalable solutions in Python
  • Automate workflows in Linux environments (shell scripting, Git)
  • Design software using functional and object-oriented approaches
  • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries
Wymagania

Our Requirements:

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Data Scientist
  • Strong Python skills and experience with libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
  • Solid understanding of ML/AI methods (e.g., LLMs, GenAI, neural networks, regression, clustering)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Git, CI/CD is a plus
  • Understanding of GDPR, IT security, and AI ethics
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and proactive attitude
  • Fluent English, very good Polish language skills
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
